TEA CEREMONY AT NITOBE MEMORIAL GARDEN ON JULY 26th
The Urasenke Foundation of Vancouver (see <http://www.urasenke.or.jp/> for related
information from the Urasenke Foundation) hosts tea ceremonies at Nitobe Memorial Garden on the UBC Vancouver campus throughout the summer. Visitors attending the ceremony can witness the formal preparation of tea and participate as guests.

Tea ceremonies take place on the last Saturday of the month throughout the summer. For 2008, the dates are May 31, June 28, July 26, August 30 and September 27, at 1:00, 1:50, 2:40, 3:30 and 4:20.

The fee for participation is $Can-5. Reservations are strongly encouraged (604-939-7749 or email Keith Snyder < mailto:krsnyder@shaw.ca>) as space is limited to eight people for each ceremony.
